because life of people cannot be changed, its them who are the leaders, they aspire others, let that inner voice should not be shattered into pieces. For the leaders there are some important thing which is very important. The important priority for people is to understand that they are the risk takers, but what I read in Harvard Business review is its the Emotional quotient that matters rather than IQ or other technical skills, its not that they are irrelevant, they matter. EQ is the sin qua non of leadership.
Here are 5 points that leaders are for -
Social Skills, Empathy, Motivation, Self awareness, and Self Regulation.
Self awareness is the one which is very important, atleast we should be aware of our self, our strengh weakness opportunity and needs, values, desires. etc.
Motivation of that kind which people crave for, here there are 2 kinds of peopls, ones who are motivated with external factors, salary etc. Others are the ones who are motivated with their performance soaring to great heights, they have their own goals
Empathy, we all have experienced the empathy of most experienced teachers. who helped us in our life. but empathy doesnot mean I am ok, you are ok kind of thing, it means understanding the ffeeling of others and helping them by the available resources to achieve individual and organizationsl goals.
Self awareness, its what is important. we should be aware of our selfthats what is already stated, but self regulation, there should be our own rules and we should be honest with them therefore life is totally focused on regulating our selves with true dedication,
Social is also one more important point which we have to inculcate, true leaders are the ones who have their rapport of being in contact with people. People from different domains and beautifully understanding the people. They already know that they should have people, because they already know that without people they cannot do anything.
